Privacy

What we store

• Server settings: your server's ID, name and icon, the channels and roles you chose, the streamers you added, and your message template and colour.
• Announcement records: which stream was announced in which channel (message ID, stream title, category, times), so a stream isn't announced twice and the post can be edited when it ends.
• Change log: who changed a server's settings and when (Discord user ID and username), shown to that server's managers.
• Login sessions: when you log in, we keep your Discord user ID, username, avatar, the Discord access token, and the list of servers you can manage. The token is only used to list your servers.

What we don't do

• We don't read your server's messages. The bot doesn't even ask for permission to.
• We don't sell or share data. Twitch is only asked about public stream information.
• We don't use tracking or advertising cookies. The only cookies keep you logged in and protect the login step.

How long we keep it

• Login sessions expire after a couple of weeks, or immediately when you log out.
• If the bot is removed from a server, its settings are deleted after 30 days.
• Finished announcement records are deleted after 90 days, and change-log entries after 180 days.

Your choices

Remove streamers or settings from the dashboard at any time. To have everything about your server deleted right away, remove the bot and email admin@snugglesmp.com. You can also revoke the website's access under Discord → User Settings → Authorized Apps.
